It was born by the olive drupes cold pressing, typical of the production of the Peranzana cultivating, from the nearby hilly land of Civitas, located about 187 meters on the sea level, the field includes medium mixture fertile soils, olive trees planted by our ancestors from the near Medieval tenement once known as Terrae Maioris, Torremaggiore. The oil that comes from the tradition and the local culture of implanting and breeding Peranzana lush plants, rich in polyphenols , and minor components such as olivolene, is distinguished by the strong nature but also by its gentler fragrance.
